At Canarchy Holding Co LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Brewing Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly rate, starting at $20.80, with opportunities for growth based on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll also receive a $40 shift premium for each overnight shift (6:00pm - 6:00am).

Job Description:

As a Brewing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing basic functions in the brewhouse without supervision. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Beginning to learn high-level tasks and maintaining all quality and safety standards set for wort production.
  • Mastery of all Brewer Operator 1 tasks and carrying out all wort production from mill to knockout with minimal supervision.
  • Building loops and executing CIP and SIP cycles on the floor independently, as well as executing brewhouse vessel CIP and other scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Maximizing efficiency by maintaining brewsheets and multi-tasking.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This role requires the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.

You will be required to frequently lift and move 10-75 pounds, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.

This position follows a 2-2-3 continental 12-hour shift and may require working weekend and evening shifts.
