Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including tasks, assignments, and projects.
  • Assist with document management, scanning, and filing.
  • Manage and maintain the Legal Department's SharePoint site.
  • Assist with receipt of invoices and payment requests.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and trainings.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute department mail.
  • Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence and legal documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with planning Legal Department events and socials.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant administrative support experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
