Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Marriott, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel functions. You will work across departments to provide administrative support, serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, and act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments, including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients, coordinating event details and ensuring seamless execution
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
