Job Title: Office Administrator

Hub Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all managers, including route monitoring, clerical duties, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers.
  • Monitor driver teams throughout the shift remotely at the office and identify potential exceptions to completing delivery and installation orders successfully.
  • Complete required tasks in Microsoft Office systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with web-based systems to complete tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with logistics terminology.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
