About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
  • Deliver financial reporting and planning, working across stakeholders to understand input drivers, validate reporting integrity, and influence strategic decision-making and action plans.
  • Make thoughtful judgment calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
  • Use active listening skills and communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly.
  • Participate in hiring, developing, and mentoring peers and team members, seeking and leveraging diverse perspectives.
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
  • 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include MBA, CPA, knowledge of SQL/ETL, and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
