Product Manager for Software Solutions

Responsibilities:

Define product enhancements and drive development, launch, and adoption of product to positively impact the customers' experience and adoption.

Translate business priorities and customer expectations into user stories so that the software development team can build solutions that excite users.

Work with the designers, software development, and testing teams to ensure clarity of requirements and make necessary adjustments to best meet customer needs.

Balance feature value against cost to build and communicate tradeoffs.

Prioritize and maintain product backlog and collaborate with software teams to agree on sprint backlog that meets sprint goals.

Lead and assist in user acceptance testing, conduct feature demos, and iterate on prioritized feedback while staying within project scope.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 8 years' experience in a software organization, product owner, or related role.

Experience with B2B software products and a clear understanding of how to design the product for easy adoption by end users is essential.

Strong execution skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver needs.

Must be a self-starter who is very driven, with a go-getter attitude.

Ability to travel 10 to 20% of the time and telework.

Ability to commit to the hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in office in one of the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA.

Preferred Requirements:

Scrum Certification (PSPO or CSPO)

Retail experience preferred

Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills. Formal training preferred

Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross-functional audiences

Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management

Intermediate to advanced skills in delegation and follow-up

Demonstrated working knowledge/experience of technical business unit assigned to (Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.)

Experience using Jira, Miro, MS Office Suite

PMP Certification

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.
