Job Overview

This role is part of a new services team, providing support to facilitate financial and contractual aspects of all service projects. You will be interfacing with Product and Delivery Teams as well as Customer Service and Sales teams.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) in any of the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Master Zebra's product portfolio to build product, business, and competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Implementation team, Product Management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Follow corporate approval framework and related policies.
  • Review special pricing requests for justification, profitability, and non-standard contract terms.
  • Deliver value-added analysis to assess business dynamics (price/discount/margin trends, volumes of special pricing requests).
  • Create and/or enhance regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel/MS Power BI.
  • Support Large Deals:
    • Work with Sales teams to formalize Bid Strategy.
    • Liaise with other support functions including legal, finance, and BU.
    • Build the pre-bid P&Ls.
    • Pricing and margin reviews.
    • Manage the EBCR Process.
  • Highlight any potential Revenue Recognition issues.
  • Seek approvals for Non-Standard elements as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Relevant experience from a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where cooperation with multiple levels of management and Sales teams is a must.
  • 3+ Years of relevant experience preferably in a Sales Operations role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to negotiate, use diplomatic skills, effectively communicate with diverse business groups and senior levels of management.
  • Confidence while managing multiple urgent tasks under changing conditions and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with price formation, revenue recognition, commercial deals, and their fulfillment.
  • B2B software experience in retail or healthcare.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs, including a annual cash incentive program that links Company and individual performance together.
