Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding and innovative business solutions that support our technology evolution. You'll consult with customers to identify their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve them. Your expertise in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation will be essential in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.


  • Identify and develop leads within your assigned territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
  • Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of wireless and mobility products and groundbreaking integrated software solutions to successfully promote and position products.
  • Track and report progress through the consistent use of sales force automation tools.

This role will support a wireless sales territory that requires travel in and around the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Hazelton, and Stroudsburg areas. You'll work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.


What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated individual who is great at explaining complex technology in a language that people understand. You'll need to have a Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience, with four or more years of relevant work experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation. A valid driver's license is also required.


Even better if you have experience in technology sales, educational background, or certifications in areas like SaaS sales, CRM, SalesForce, or social media. Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment are also a plus.


Where You'll Be Working

In this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.
