This role presents a remarkable opportunity for seasoned professionals to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization.
Compensation and Work Schedule
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the organization's HR functions and protocols.
- Handle operations, employee relations, performance evaluations, onboarding processes, policy interpretation and execution, and compliance matters.
- Engage with benefits consultants to ensure optimal employee offerings.
- Supervise office operations and allocate roles and responsibilities among staff.
- Safeguard confidential information.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling.
- Process payroll efficiently.
- Lead the accounting team and provide backup support as necessary.
