At Honda of Pasadena, we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to enhance our customer experience. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional vehicle buying experience tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Guide customers in choosing the ideal vehicle that aligns with their lifestyle.
  • Showcase vehicle features, model selections, financing, and purchasing options.
  • Conduct thorough demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Facilitate and oversee customer test drives.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with our clientele.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, features, and accessories available.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Ensure the showroom and vehicle lot are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Educate customers on vehicle features and warranty information.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative team player with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-driven with the ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Being bilingual is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Salary: $50,000 - $120,000 annually
