Office Manager

At America's Swimming Pool Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. You will also oversee vendor management, perform accounting and clerical duties, process payroll and tax liabilities, and maintain the office space.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of office management and/or accounting experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of our company culture and values, including acting with integrity, superior knowledge, passion for the company, customer focus, accountability and discipline, respecting others, excellence in all we do, and safety first at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation

Requirements:
- At least one year of office management and/or accounting experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check)
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
Benefits:
You will receive paid vacation time following a qualifying period.
Compensation:
$30,000 to $40,000 based on experience
