We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team at the Law Office of David M. Goldman. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure processing.

* Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure seamless execution of off-site meetings.

* Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and complete other administrative tasks as needed.

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.

* Proficiency in word processing programs, basic computer skills, and ability to type accurately without looking at the keyboard.

* Excellent organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills.

* Reliable transportation and ability to work in an office environment.
