Physician Leadership Opportunity for Surgical Specialties

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team at Indiana University Health. As a Physician Leader, you will be responsible for leading our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in providing high-quality patient care.
- Partner with administrative leaders to implement and improve operations based on patient and workforce demands.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and foster growth.
- Work closely with system stakeholders and administrative partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to implement and improve operations.
- Develop and implement quality and professionalism initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with the Indiana University School of Medicine to create an environment that is compatible with and supportive of the teaching and research missions.
- Mid-career Physician with 5+ years of experience.
- Board Certified with Fellowship required.
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
