IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking an experienced Physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana.
Responsibilities- Partner with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to implement and improve operations based on patient and workforce demands.
- Drive operational excellence and foster growth through strategic planning, workforce development, and continuous improvement of team members.
- Work closely with system stakeholders and administrative partners to manage quality and professionalism issues.
- Show an unwavering commitment to excellence in education and create an environment compatible with and supportive of the teaching and research missions of the Indiana University School of Medicine.
- Physician Leader for Urology, Bariatrics/Medical Weight Loss, CT/CV Surgery, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, and Wound Care.
- Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine.
- Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time.
- Candidates must be mid-career (5+ years of experience).
- Candidate must be BC with Fellowship required.
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.

The hospital is affiliated with the and serves as an educational site for the first two years of medical school, and provides low-cost medical care for 25,000 patient visits each year.
