Physician Leader Opportunity for Medical Specialties

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team at IU Health Ball Memorial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work closely with system stakeholders and administrative partners to drive operational excellence and foster growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations and strategic planning, workforce development, and continuous improvement of team members.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in Muncie, Indiana
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and growth
- Collaborate with system stakeholders and administrative partners to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to improve quality and professionalism
- Work closely with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework
- Mid-career physician with 5+ years of experience
- Board certified with fellowship required
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
