Physician Leader Opportunity for Surgical Specialties

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team in Muncie, Indiana. As a Physician Leader, you will be responsible for leading our highly skilled and respected provider team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with system stakeholders and administrative partners to drive operational excellence and growth
- Provide education and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality and professionalism initiatives to ensure a culture of excellence
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Physician Leader
- Board certification with fellowship required
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
