Physician Leader Opportunity for Surgical Specialties

IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking an experienced Physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana. This individual will be an exemplar through both a personal commitment to the highest quality clinical care in their own daily practice as well as partnering with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to implement and improve operations based on patient and workforce demands, with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering growth.
Position Details- Physician Leader for Urology, Bariatrics/Medical Weight Loss, CT/CV Surgery, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Wound Care
- Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
- Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time
- Candidates must be mid-career (5+ years of experience)
- Candidate must be BC with Fellowship required
- Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
