Key Responsibilities- Provide project leadership and technical expertise in a range of project types.
- Guide and mentor junior team members through project design phases.
- Represent the firm in client meetings and marketing pursuits.
- Demonstrate experience with a range of system types and an interest in continuing to learn.
- 10+ years of experience in building systems design and leading design projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A PE is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Load Calculation Programs, and MS Office.
