Clinical Nurse Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in the lives of patients facing chronic kidney disease. This full-time, permanent position offers a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere with no overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients and their families to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including technicians, dietitians, social workers, and physicians.
  • Oversee patient care, ensuring accurate observations and effective machine setup.
  • Participate in training programs that may take place in various facilities.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Work a schedule of 3-4 days per week, with early shifts starting as early as 4:30 AM.

Qualifications:
