It means Director of First Impressions. As the initial point of contact, the front desk role is crucial to our organization and the care we provide to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and confirm their information in our system
• Assist and provide information to patients as needed
• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
• Ensure clinic forms are restocked in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate credit/payment records on patient accounts (including cashiering duties, posting charges, and generating receipts)
• Digitally file patient information and reports
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality
• Verify insurance details
• Address patient inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor with both patients and medical staff
• Stay adaptable for cross-training opportunities
• Occasionally undertake tasks beyond the usual scope of responsibilities
• Observe and identify opportunities to enhance our organizational representation
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support our vision, mission, and organizational values

Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, 30+ hours per week.
