Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Identify and report any issues with dishwashing equipment.
  • Assist in the upkeep and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Manage waste disposal, sweeping, and mopping of kitchen floors as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform various physical activities including walking, climbing, bending, and reaching.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Engage in repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Work in a hot, humid, and potentially noisy kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and sometimes stressful atmosphere.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
