Your Role:

We are in search of a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative features and exceptional user experiences within our Checking & Savings product offerings. As a vital member of our cross-functional team, you will work in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Business Unit Leaders, and fellow Product Managers to establish a clear vision, prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure accountability for results presented at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with SoFi's overarching goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of internal customer needs, market trends, and business drivers to identify and champion new opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery.
  • Foster alignment and build trust with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments within SoFi.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to simplify complex issues.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and manage diverse groups of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, particularly with credit or lending products.
