In the position of Senior Credit Strategy Analyst, you will analyze and assess data to develop impactful credit risk strategies and models for our lending products. Initially, your focus will be on Personal Loans, with opportunities to engage with other products as needed.

What You'll Need:
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong business acumen and experience in the consumer lending sector (loans or credit cards)
Direct involvement in the credit strategy analytical lifecycle, including strategy development, P&L management, presentation, implementation validation, and post-implementation review
Proven analytical capabilities in conducting in-depth analyses using customer performance data, bureau attributes, and other third-party variables to address business challenges
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
A demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate analysis effectively to business partners and senior management
A high level of motivation to achieve results, a desire to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of analytical and modeling techniques such as decision trees, regression, and test design.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in personal loan credit risk
