Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with leadership to deliver superior customer service. This role involves partnering with Wellness Advocates to facilitate their business growth and keep them informed about corporate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Wellness Advocates to inspire and motivate.
2. Track sales performance and ensure timely acknowledgment of various achievement milestones.
3. Provide a clear and accurate understanding of Mydoterra's compensation structure.
4. Address inquiries regarding the compensation framework with fairness and precision.
5. Manage exception requests and advocate for those needs when necessary.
6. Collaborate with consultants to enhance their effectiveness.
7. Organize conference calls, distribute call summaries, and send welcome or congratulatory correspondence.
8. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to establish professional relationships and collaborate with Wellness Advocates.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with strong communication skills, capable of addressing concerns and resolving issues strategically.
- Familiarity with Mydoterra's compensation plan and a demonstrated ability to fulfill assignments and meet customer needs.
- Experience in the direct selling sector and customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in DataTrax is essential, with a preference for full-time commitment.
