About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building profitable relationships with key account clients and ensuring that all SERVPRO customers receive quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client field claims personnel and promote partnerships with trainers and franchises.
  • Develop and implement approved SMR marketing tools and related talking points.
  • Develop and implement approved national account managers' talking points.
  • Create high-quality contracts and/or bulletins that provide adequate ROI over the life of the agreement.
  • Ensure franchise performance meets and/or exceeds client expectations.
  • Validate program performance through claims information center and other available reporting tools.
  • Serve as liaison to SERVPRO stakeholders to ensure elevated issue resolution actions plans are in place to meet performance.
  • Grow total gross revenues and national call center referrals.
  • Manage key accounts communications and exhibit excellent customer service.
  • Manage issue/claim resolution.
  • Assist with convention support as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in the development and use of automated information report tools (i.e. Microsoft CRM).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related concentration is preferred.
  • Ability to travel, up to 50% as required for business needs.
