Role Overview:

Compensation and Benefits:

Our Support Professionals are rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $28-$35, commensurate with experience, education, and location. In addition to our attractive pay structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package through United Healthcare, providing our team members with peace of mind and financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavior Intervention: Our Support Professionals play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to support students with challenging behaviors.
  • Assisting Classroom Teachers: Collaborate with experienced educators to implement instructional activities and strategies, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Individualized Support: Work closely with students, providing tailored assistance and support to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Join forces with special education teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Emotional and Behavioral Support: Provide critical emotional and behavioral support to students, helping them develop essential life skills and build resilience.

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification/License: Our ideal candidate will possess a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or license.
  • Classroom Experience/Special Education Experience: A background in classroom teaching or special education is highly desirable.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as special education or a related field, is preferred.

Interview Process:

  • A 15-minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative.
  • A 30-minute Zoom interview with the district.
  • Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours of the interview.
  • Our team will provide an interview prep sheet to ensure you're fully prepared for the process.
