Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to provide support to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Behavior intervention and support
  • Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies
  • Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide emotional and behavioral support to students

Requirements:

  • RBT certification/license
  • Classroom experience/special education experience (Preferred)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
