Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project financials, schedule, quality, subcontractor relationships, and client relationships.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of work experience in the construction industry in an engineering role.
  • College Graduate with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in construction-related computer software, including Microsoft Office, Timberline, Smart Device, Primavera P6, DropBox, and PlanGrid.
  • Knowledge of subcontracting, lien requirements, insurance coverages, and other legal aspects of the industry.
  • Understanding of AP/AR procedures, owner financing, cash flow management, project status reporting, subcontractor billing processes, and overall project management.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
