Job Title: Director, Global Accounting

TTI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Accounting to join our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and plan the global financial statement close for TTI on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee the audits of the company's financial records and internal controls.
  • Manage operational departments within Finance to oversee projects, KPIs, and operational effectiveness.
  • Review and provide internal financial reporting, as well as reporting to Berkshire Hathaway.
  • Support internal customers with information and systems to meet the demands of the marketplace, customers, and manufacturers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, plus a CPA (or equivalent certification).
  • Minimum 10+ years of related experience, including experience in accounting, finance, and oversight of transactional finance departments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience required.
  • Public Accounting experience, including greater than one year at a manager level, is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • CPA certification.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other technical accounting materials.
  • Business, leadership, and strategic thinking skills for planning and managing budgets, projects, etc.
