Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in LATAM, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer success, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Rocket's products and services, and stay up-to-date on new features and releases.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our customer success processes to ensure we are delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Gainsight or other customer success platforms.
  • Background in mainframe technology.
