- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
- Experience with Gainsight or other customer success platforms.
- Background in mainframe technology.
