About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our US clients by providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans to ensure client goals are met.
  • Provide proactive monitoring and support to clients, sharing best practices and feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and negotiate contracts to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Oversee project launches, ensuring timely deployment and liaising with internal technical teams.
  • Supervise projects in 'run' mode to guarantee client goals are attained.
  • Advocate for clients with the Product Team to develop new features.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance the internal organization of the Customer Success Team.
Requirements
  • University graduate with a focus on commercial, digital, or engineering fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Engagement Consultant, Change Management Consultant, or Account Manager roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle full sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Proficiency in new technologies, SAAS, and digital transformation.
  • Adept in internal communication, social networks, and community management.
