Quality Assurance Specialist

Dodge Industrial, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct quality engineering reviews of design documentation to ensure compliance with stated requirements.
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to analyze data and evaluate process changes.
- Develop and conduct process failure modes effects analysis (PFMEA) plans to identify potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lean process methodologies and quality engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Intermediate level of computer skills in SAP and MS Office software.
The successful candidate will be required to work in an industrial environment, which may contain hazards such as loud noise, air-borne dust, and exposure to hazards. The candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
