Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into finished products
- Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures for production processes, production equipment, and finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related specialized area, or equivalent experience
- Clear understanding of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
- Ability to clearly recognize and report information relevant to sound quality engineering design
- Skills to review relevant inspection/measurement tools and techniques
