We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care center team at HallMar Village, a senior living community that offers a range of care options, including assisted living, memory care, and long-term care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the health and well-being of residents, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for residents.
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure in the state(s) in which you practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with our mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
