Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Accountabilities
  • Selling residential and commercial painting projects
  • Recruiting and managing skilled subcontractors
  • Estimating and budgeting projects
  • Ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with crew leads to address project challenges
  • Developing project schedules and operational plans
  • Upselling services to increase client value
  • Networks and promotes That 1 Painter at local events
Essential Skills
  • Proven sales performance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clean driving record and willingness to travel
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in productivity tools
  • At least 3 years of sales and management experience
  • B2B and B2C sales expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Lead generation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Professionalism and exceptional customer service
Benefits and Compensation
  • $70,000 - $110,000 base salary plus commission
