Results-Driven Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Proven Content, a dynamic B2B content marketing agency.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new B2B accounts, building partnerships, and driving creative lead generation activities. You will work closely with our president to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify, present, follow up, and close new clients using a framework like BANT (budget, authority, needs, and timing)
- Build, maintain, and grow 4 lead generation channels
- Manage the prospect pipeline utilizing CRM across all phases of the sales process through closing
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective sales presentations, power points, and videos
- Utilize strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Track and report key metrics for lead generation and sales activities
- Direct new client kickoff meetings and facilitate hand-offs to the client success team

- Ability to synthesize complex business and marketing information
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent planning, calendaring, and coordination skills
