**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with families across the country, helping them navigate the insurance industry and find the right coverage plans for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND HELP THEM UNDERSTAND THEIR INSURANCE OPTIONS
  • GENERATE NEW BUSINESS LEADS THROUGH OUTBOUND MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR LEAD SYSTEM TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CLIENTS
  • CREATE A CUSTOMIZED PLAN TO MEET EACH FAMILY'S UNIQUE NEEDS

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on performance and production levels. Additionally, bonuses and incentives are available for top producers.
