The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for 1 to 3 locations
  • Run HR reports
  • Review new hire packets and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Create compliance reports and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed
  • Review benefit eligibility
  • Send anniversary and birthday cards to employees
  • Keep our stores stocked with gift cards and uniforms
  • Helping restaurant managers with job ads, onboarding issues, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills in both spoken and written word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in HR or payroll is a plus
  • Must pass a background check

Benefits:

  • Competitive Wages- $18 to $20 an hour DOE

This position is in a small office setting. The hours are Monday through Friday, with the work day beginning at 9am. The anticipated hours each week are between 25 and 30.
