Job Title: Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, and perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, lift moderate amounts of weight, and maintain physical ability to administer CPR.
