Job Title: Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist callers with various questions, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, and ensure the cleanliness of exercise equipment and tanning beds.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, and maintaining physical ability to administer CPR.
