Le candidat idéal doit posséder au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou en conseil, en tant que PMO ou Responsable de Portefeuille de Projets.

Compétences Requises :

  • Élaborer des rapports et des états d'avancement de haute qualité pour un projet ou un ensemble de projets
  • Assurer le suivi et la vérification de l'évolution de chaque projet (qualité, coûts, délais)
  • Gérer les risques associés aux projets
  • Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des plannings et des actions
  • Organiser et animer les instances de gouvernance
  • Maîtriser les méthodes de gestion de projet
  • Fournir aux équipes des outils et des modèles pour faciliter la gestion de projet
  • Entretenir la relation avec les partenaires stratégiques et coordonner les comités de suivi
  • Superviser les aspects contractuels des partenariats stratégiques
  • Veiller à l'alignement du portefeuille de projets avec les priorités stratégiques de l'institution
  • Faciliter la communication entre la direction et les différentes entités opérationnelles
  • Garantir l'application des processus de gestion des demandes à travers toutes les instances concernées

Compétences Techniques :
