Project Coordinator

Nightwing is seeking a skilled Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in sourcing and managing candidates to meet our immediate and pipeline needs.
Key Responsibilities- Review and understand job descriptions and qualifications to confirm applicants meet minimum requirements
- Evaluate applicants by reviewing job requirements and qualifications, and collaborating with managers to screen candidates
- Arrange interviews by coordinating candidate and hiring manager schedules, and manage/guide candidates throughout the interview, offer, negotiation, and acceptance process
- Liaise with the PMO, Functional Leads, and Talent Acquisition to overcome recruitment and placement challenges
- Collaborate with Functional Leads to ensure position descriptions are current and consistent with Contract SOW requirements, and maintain a central repository for them
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates, and attend a weekly staffing meeting to discuss program status
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in applicant tracking software, with a clear understanding of staffing and hiring policies and processes
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility in response to changing program needs
- Expertise in tracking and preparing reports, analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions or alternatives to improve program staffing/retention
- Earned Value Management or Financial Analyst experience
- Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint knowledge, MS Access
