Account Executive Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client accounts to maintain and expand relationships (50-60% of the time)
  • Prospect and develop new business, leveraging resources like ZoomInfo to identify potential clients
  • Conduct in-person cold calls and visits to generate leads and grow your portfolio
  • Submit call reports regularly to track customer interactions and sales activities
  • Work with a variety of products, from fast-turnaround commodity chemicals to more technical, specialized items with longer sales cycles (2-4 weeks on average)
  • Meet and exceed goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and securing at least one new client per month after two years in the role

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with in-person sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and a self-driven attitude; must be able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in chemical sales is preferred, though experience is prioritized over education
