About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Shuttle Driver/HousePerson to join our team at Hyatt Place Fairbanks, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality. In this role, you will provide clean and safe transportation to and from the hotel and/or neighborhood vicinity on a regular basis, while offering information regarding the hotel and aiding guests as needed.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advance your career and develop your skills in hospitality. You will work closely with our guests and other team members to ensure that they have a positive and memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clean and safe transportation to and from the hotel and/or neighborhood vicinity.
  • Offer information regarding the hotel and aid guests as needed.
  • Maintain the hotel's high standard of guest service and hospitality.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
