We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Loan Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in loan servicing, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Servicing Oversight: Supervise and manage the loan servicing process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory laws and minimize risk exposure.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to loan operations staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports to track loan performance, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in loan documentation and servicing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with loan servicing software.
