We are currently in search of a skilled Administrative Professional with robust proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications to provide support to our Audit department. This full-time position requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Departmental Assistance:
    • Format, proofread, and compile financial statements and proposals utilizing various software tools.
    • Prepare, duplicate, scan, and manage files, reports, correspondence, and other sensitive materials.
    • Oversee the Client Relationship Management system.
    • Draft and send letters related to audits, including engagement and confirmation letters.
    • Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets.
    • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, including front desk coverage and interaction with external clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Perform other assigned duties as required.
  • Executive Assistance:
    • Support meeting preparations and manage calendars.
    • Prepare budgets and timesheets.
    • Compose and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and other senior-level documents.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to learn various software applications quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues.

The compensation for this role ranges from $24 to $26 per hour.
