As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a wide range of marketing activities, including market research, proposal development, and interview presentations.
  • Facilitate marketing planning efforts within regional offices and collaborate with Regional Managers and Senior Leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a team of proposal and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposal content.
  • Direct the project-specific selling efforts, including proposal preparation and orchestration of interviews.
  • Be a visible and active Zachry representative at industry events and conferences, and mentor staff to do the same.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry with experience in heavy civil markets.
  • Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.
  • At least three years of management experience with a proven track-record of growing and mentoring staff.
