Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to our teams within UW Medicine entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues and requests for assistance received through various channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of UW Medicine's technology infrastructure and applications to provide informed support.
