- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac rehabilitation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field.
