About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team at Springfield Hospital. As a key member of our clinical applications team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective use of clinical systems to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical areas and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical systems strategies.
  • Provide EMR support and build education, training, and project management for clinical systems.
  • Maintain established standards of care and practice through direct patient care and clinical systems improvement activities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with clinical software and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work self-directed and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
